As the General Manager for Asia, Shannon’s business management skills have been uniquely enhanced by his marketing background, enabling a diversified insight into management that covers both the perspectives of high client demand and consumer requirements.
Shannon has played a pivotal role in multiple Laservision installations around the world and continues to be an ever increasing asset to the Company.
With over 20 years’ experience in the electronics industry, John has held senior, client focused management positions in a range of companies.
Joining Laservision as the Business Development Manager, John was promoted quickly to his current role of Director of Business Development International and is the pivot for all business opportunities that approach Laservision.
With over 20 years of design and management experience, Brad provides a unique set of skills to the Laservision team as the Design and Development Manager. With expertise in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Design and Project management both in Australia and the Middle East, Brad leads the installation team on every international project.
Brad has successfully coordinated multiple large international projects simultaneously, and implemented numerous product designs enhancing Laservision product offering and the unique outcome provided to clients.
Hayley has been an integral part of every major project over the past six years. Involved from the early tendering stages right through to installation and post-project marketing, Hayley has expertise in a wide range of functions and project stages.
Though her primary focus is in Operations, her skillset extends to Event Management, Press Communications, Creative, Government Grants, Proposals, Human Resource Management and Accounts.

Allan has over 17 years’ experience in the IT industry in the networking and software development fields. Allan’s varying experience across multiple IT sectors allows him to implement and integrate a vast range of software and hardware solutions, specialising, but not limited to, Microsoft technologies, data replication, high availability and security.
Allan designs, implements, commissions and manages Laservision’s vast fleet of proprietary equipment, servers, PC’s and laptops across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong including interconnectivity and full server replication.
As Laservision’s Creative Director, Freddie has represented the creative and innovative essence that is Laservision for over 10 years. During this time, Freddie has developed concepts and designs for many projects Laservision has undertaken.
Freddie’s responsibilities include working with clients and producers on concepts, proposal art and animations, show concepts, design and execution, laser art and programming, sound design, audio editing and sourcing of audio, production of shows and animations.
With over 20 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, Collette provides an exceptional level of experience and complementary skillsets, across a wide variety of departments.
Collette provided valuable assistance in the development and management of the Laservision group, with the majority of her tenure spent in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
Having recently returned back to Laservision HQ in Australia, Collette has taken the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder of Laservision.
With over ten years of experience in the entertainment and tourism industries, Matthew brings his talents, energy, and attention to detail to our Marketing Department.
His exceptional project and event management skills paired with his creativity and technical prowess make him a unique and adaptable asset to Laservision.
Alison brings a dynamic work ethic and personality to the office environment.
With an extensive background in pan-Asian office administration and senior executive coordination for blue chip corporations in the entertainment and pharmaceutical industries, Alison’s current role as Executive Assistant to the Director of Business Development is an integral component of the Laservision team.
Michael has an extensive technical background from around the world having worked within the laser display and multimedia attractions industries for over 25 years. Michael’s exposure to a variety of different technologies and cultures has served to enhance his ability to adapt, enabling him to have excellent functionality in any environment.
Michael currently manages the operations and maintenance of the ‘ Wonder Full ’ Permanent Attraction at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. He leads a crew of 8 specialist technicians to seamlessly deliver the maintenance and precise operation of over 840 shows a year.
With a Bachelor in Engineering and over 15 years’ experience in the Laser industry, Robert now heads up the Laservision Hong Kong Branch.
Robert has played a pivotal role in the ongoing development and success of Laservision since 1995. During this time, Robert has been a key resource in every project Laservision has undertaken.
With over 20 years’ experience in the electronics industry, Daryl brings a unique skillset to Laservision that incorporates the development, design and integration of both hardware and software, as well as finding unique solutions for the intricacies of mega media architecture.
With an added flair for creative, Daryl is an integral part of the Laservision team & has been instrumental in helping bring to life Laservision Mega Media attractions all over the world.
Patrick joined Laservision from the television industry with positions involving extensive travel and improvisation at unusual locations. Patrick brought with him a variety of skills including video camera capture, editing, broadcast, complex electrical knowledge, sound reinforcement and audio recordings, DMX and lighting integration and a plethora of other skills.
Patrick is also a licenced electrician which provides a sound knowledge for installations from the ground up. Having spent 25 years project managing a number of Laservision’s global projects, Patrick is one of our most experienced Project Managers.
Andy is an exceptionally adaptable person who has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience within the domestic, commercial, industrial and mining sectors. Andy has broad knowledge across all areas of design. He can implement, integrate and install in any situation and in any location.
He has great interpersonal skills with both consultants and contractors which are integral to providing the end solution for our clients.
With a background in mechanical, 3D modelling, Information Technology and Mega~Media installation, Daniel brings with him a strong ability to think laterally across numerous disciplines. Since joining Laservision in 2010 Daniel has engineered specialist laser animation creations and show control technologies for demonstrations and permanent shows. Daniel has also undertaken technical research on new technologies which have been created and implemented in various installations world-wide.
Daniel’s broad skill set has contributed to multimedia installations for events and attractions in Australia, Singapore and Macau. Daniel plays a key role in the Laservision Creative team.
Keagan joined Laservision in 2013 and has fast become an integral part of Laservision concepts and designs for projects in Macau, Dubai and Singapore as well as Australia.
Educated in CGI, visual effects, compositing and video production, Keagan went on to work within film, television and corporate industries before joining our dynamic Creative Team.
With 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and graduated from National University of Singapore Mechanical Engineering, Leona joined the Laservision team in 2014 as Design Engineering Assistant.
Leona has applied her professional skills to help R & D team to design and draft 3D model, source and supervise Chinese speaking suppliers.
Since joining Laservision in 2011, Ken has been instrumental in developing Laservision’s innovative 3D Video Wrapping system.
With over 17 years of software engineering experience Ken is a specialist in real-time software, mobile devices development, graphics, web, various programming languages and environments and databases.
Mitchell is a hardworking, energetic individual with years of experience in Information Technology.
His dynamic approach to problem solving effectively provides strong technical support with all IT issues. His skills with Linux systems enables the IT Department to expand into other unique services and infrastructure.
In addition to qualifications in computer hardware, Mitchell is able to ensure that at all times our IT services are perfectly balanced to support Laservision staff requirements.
Shenay has a very professional and outgoing character. Shenay is also studying for her Diploma in Business Administration. With four-years office experience coupled with her fun-loving personality, she plays an important role at Laservision. Shenay’s hardwork and dedication to Laservision and it’s clients is her number one priority.
Charmaine’s relevant credentials include over 16 years of accounting and financial management with strong emphasis on full sets of accounts, budgeting, business operations and process management.
Currently, Charmaine manages the full set of company accounts for both Laservison’s Singapore and Macau offices and provides management and support of bank accounts to the Hong Kong office. She helps keep the organization working efficiently and provides keen direction to internal entities.
Chloe has extensive administrative, Human Resources, secretarial and customer service experience gained over 18 years.
After working with multi-cultural companies and airlines, Chloe has developed fast adaptability and a customer oriented mindset.
Chloe has become a key team member as Office Administrator in Laservision’s Singapore Office.
Cherry joined Laservision as the Office Administrator for the Hong Kong office, handling administration and accounting duties for the region. Cherry also provide supports for various projects for the Macau region.
Cherry excels at multi-tasking with great outcomes and is a cheerful asset to the Hong Kong team.
The capabilities of Laservision’s Multimedia Production Team have been greatly enhanced by Leon’s electrical engineering and project management experience.
Leon’s contribution has been invaluable in managing the operations and maintenance of the nightly ‘Wonder Full’ Permanent Multimedia Attraction shows at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and as the Operations & Maintenance Assistant Manager.
Jason Tam joined Laservision as Service Technician for the Hong Kong office, assisting in the installation, servicing and operation of laser equipment, show control, LED lighting and architectural lighting which is installed in various Hong Kong and Macau locations.
Jason brings his previous experience in the theme park industry to his role and is an invaluable member of Laservision’s Production Team.
Before joining Laservision, Hadi gained vast knowledge across various industries such as aviation, railway, maritime and multimedia.
Hadi’s mechanical abilities have brought a strong skillset to his role as Multimedia Technician and as a key team member of Laservision’s Singapore office.
Aldrin is one of the contributing Multimedia Technicians of Laservision’s Singapore office.
With his degree education background and 12 years working experience in mechanical and electrical works, Aldrin has applied his knowledge and skills to Laservision’s searchlights, architectural lighting, fountain equipment, intelligent moving head light fixtures and more.
Bakhtiar has been in the industry for over 20 years, through the days of analogue to current digital lighting, gathering experience in Stage & Theatre lighting from various local shows to big scale events.
A skilled technician and team player, he is one of Laservision’s nightly show operators and oversees the programming of special events and the maintenance of the massive architectural lighting installation at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Joining Laservision’s Singapore office as a Multimedia Technician in 2011, Bruce has a strong working background in electrical engineering, show operations and maintenance.
Bruce is responsible for the majority of electrical maintenance and installations in Singapore, having previously assisted with the installation of the Permanent Multimedia Attraction ‘Wonder Full’ at Marina Bay Sands.
As a key member of the Laservision Multimedia Production Team in Singapore, Joseph has 12 years’ experience with high powered laser manufacturing and maintenance.
Joseph has been a valuable contributor in the operation and maintenance of the nightly ‘Wonder Full’ Permanent Multimedia Attraction shows at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, and has also programmed architectural lighting on several special events.
