In the spring of 2025, Laservision partnered with the City of Joondalup to create Bloom – Luna Light Journey, a world-class and immersive light and sound show that transformed Central Park, Perth into a luminous wonderland.
Running from 26 September to 2 November, Bloom combined storytelling, interactivity and technology to craft a unique, multi-sensory event that celebrated nature.
Originally planned as a four-week event, the limited-night season of Bloom was extended by an additional (fifth) week due to overwhelming demand, after attracting over 65,000 visitors and selling out nearly every night in its first four weeks.
With its central location in Joondalup CBD, Bloom encouraged visitors to explore local dining and hospitality offerings. On Saturday evenings, the Joondalup Night Markets offered street food just steps away, enhancing the nighttime experience.
The event demonstrated how immersive art installations can activate public spaces, foster community engagement and support local economies via a world-class creative production.
