Nocturnal, is a Scenic World x Laservision production set within the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. For the first time in 2024, the rainforest canopy was home to a bespoke Luna Light Journey that saw the Jamison Valley come alive at night like never before.
Attendees dived into the valley via the Scenic Railway (the world’s steepest) journeying along the boardwalk through light installations, holograms and artistic light projections all completed by nature’s soundtrack – the idyllic sounds of the Jamison Valley at night.
On the journey, audiences uncovered the Gundungurra story of creation, searching for clues hidden along the boardwalk.

A 22-night season situated within the Easter School holiday period, Nocturnal drove visitation to the Blue Mountains, with many nights selling out.
