Laservision’s Founder and CEO, Paul McCloskey was recently awarded the prestigious title of “Export Super Hero” by the Australian Institute of Export. Paul joins an elite group of exceptional individuals including Sam Walsh, Chief Executive of Rio Tinto and Sir Charles Court, former Western Australian Premier.
At a reception hosted by the Governor of Western Australia, His Excellency Dr Kenneth Michael, the Export Heroes were awarded for their extraordinary contribution to the Australian economy through export achievements.

The Export Hero Award recognises exceptional contributions made by individual Australians in building our modern export enterprises and helping to further develop unique Australian export culture.

Following Laservision’s success in 2007, the Australian Institute of Export has also awarded the company for their “Export Excellence” with a prestigious 2007 Premier’s NSW Export Award.
NSW Premier, Morris Iemma and Austrade’s Managing Director, Peter O’Byrne presented the award to the Laservision team in front of a capacity audience consisting of Australia’s leading businessmen and women.

Laservision will also compete in the National Export Awards which will be held in Brisbane later in the year.
Since the Awards beginnings, Laservision has won the New South Wales Export Award six times and the Australian National Export Award twice.
