An Aurora returns to Albury

Albury's Botanic Gardens reawaken with the community's favourite night-time event

After the resounding success of 2022, Aurora is returning to the Albury Botanic Gardens, Friday 23 June – Sunday 16 July. Presented by AlburyCity Council and produced by Laservision – a new, immersive Luna Light Journey awaits.

Discover the magic of Aurora – an event the whole family can enjoy as the gardens reawaken every night from 6pm to 10pm on weeknights, and 6pm to 1o:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Aurora is a ticketed community event that metamorphoses the Botanic Gardens, redefining the natural landscape and unveiling mystical creatures through the use of holograms, lasers, interactive projections, light sculptures, immersive soundscapes, and many other sensory mediums.

AlburyCity Mayor, Kylie King says, “The community will be excited to learn that Aurora is coming back to Albury after such a successful event last year. The Botanic Gardens are a great place for people to enjoy during the day, but the light show creates a totally different experience at night. I can’t wait to see what the team at Laservision come up with this time around!”

Laservision’s CEO, Shannon Brooks says, “We’re excited to come back with a new show to excite the senses. It’s going to be a totally new and unique experience. The magical Botanic Gardens provides the perfect canvas to express our creativeness with immersive, sensory installations throughout.”

Set during the school holidays for Victoria and New South Wales, act quickly to reserve your tickets to one of our popular weekend sessions or to secure your preferred midweek night. Tickets are on-sale now via the Aurora Albury website.
