Lose yourself in an ocean of colour and light. Be immersed in a kaleidoscope of hues and cacophony of sounds as Hillarys Boat Harbour is transformed in this spectacular sensory experience.
Boola Djarat Wardan means many lights across the sea and features an amalgamation of digital laser light technology, water haze and geysers with an enveloping soundscape to celebrate our connection to one another and the land on which we live. This nightly showcase is a captivating experience for the whole family to enjoy and the showstopping highlight of Joondalup Festival.
Created by internationally acclaimed light artists LASERVISION, with artistic input and storytelling contribution from Noongar advisory group, South West Kinships Cultural Immersions.
“The Joondalup Festival brings world-class experiences to our doorstep and invests in commissioning new works with stories of this place and we are so thrilled to share this story on our stretch of coast at Hillarys Boat Harbour”
Joondalup Mayor Albert Jacob
