Returning for its third year, The Enchanted Forest is an award-winning storytelling light and sound experience that transforms Shellharbour’s Blackbutt Forest, 30 May – 22 June 2025, into an illuminated world of imagination.
This year’s new ocean-themed adventure, Tides of Treasure, invites guests to follow glowing trails, meet the ocean’s charming residents and find the lost key that unlocks the treasure.
Selling out the past two years, the experience continues to evolve – blending interactive technology, art and nature into a breathtaking nighttime journey for visitors of all ages.
Tides of Treasure draws inspiration from the region’s beautiful coast and community feedback, inviting visitors to explore a shimmering, undersea world.
The forest comes alive with immersive storytelling, stunning light projections and holographic sea creatures, weaving a captivating narrative throughout the light show that connects land and sea.
Guests can interact with light-reactive spheres, projections and bioluminescent effects, while floating, ethereal sea life and glowing trails guide them through a magical, multi-sensory ocean environment.
