This year was our biggest yet for our Luna Light Journey series, with seven bespoke Luna Light Journeys illuminating a variety of beautiful canvases at nightfall.
From National Parks to historic homesteads, to forests, Botanic Gardens and city parks — Laservision produced limited season adventures to widespread acclaim and record attendance numbers.
The intertwining of the latest multimedia technologies within a rich narrative that consumes attendees the moment they enter the show is testament to the success of our Luna Light Journeys. Under the cover of dark, attendees are immersed in light displays, magical holograms, vibrant special effects, interactive zones and custom soundscapes.
At Bloom in Perth, every night of the four-week light show resulted in multiple sold-out sessions, proving so popular that we extended the season by a week. At Radiance in Rockhampton, we returned for our third consecutive season, producing an original Christmas-themed Luna Light Journey that has become a much-loved Christmas tradition in the region.

Currently on nightly until Christmas Eve, Radiance is transforming the Botanic Gardens in Rockhampton, Queensland into a glowing Christmas wonderland.
A unique, Christmas-themed story brings the Gardens to life each season, with attendees this year stepping into the story of the Toy Maker’s Workshop.
“Radiance has grown into a beloved Christmas tradition for the Rocky community,” Rockhampton Regional Council Mayor Tony Williams.
An ever-popular and award-winning Luna Light Journey in Blackbutt Forest Reserve, Shellharbour – The Enchanted Forest returned with an orginal adventure title, Tides of Treasure. Drawing inspiration from the region’s beautiful coast and community feedback, this year’s theme invited visitors to explore a shimmering, undersea world.
The forest came alive with immersive storytelling, stunning light projections and holographic sea creatures, woven together via a captivating narrative.
“The Enchanted Forest has become a highlight on our city’s calendar, an experience that brings families and friends together in a truly magical setting,” Shellharbour Mayor, Chris Homer.
The Nocturnal Luna Light Journey celebrated the native wildlife and plant life of the Blue Mountains in Katoomba, marking the 80th anniversary of the iconic Scenic World attraction.
Scenic World was transformed into an immersive after-dark adventure, combining holographic native animals, projection mapping across ancient rock formations and a luminous interpretation of the forest’s secret language.
Inspired by the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains and Gundungurra Country, Nocturnal 2025 offered a sensory journey that highlighted the region’s breathtaking landscapes and unique biodiversity.
“Nocturnal is an opportunity to experience Scenic World in a whole new light – the rainforest around us and even the engineering marvels of our rides take on a fresh character at night,” Scenic World Managing Director, Anthea Hammon.
Aurora reimagined the Albury Botanic Gardens as an underwater world, where glowing trails, curious sea creatures and mysterious holograms guided attendees on a journey to unlock a long-lost treasure.
In its fourth season, this year’s Luna Light Journey invited people of all ages to dive into an imaginative, interactive world where storytelling, technology and nature came together in a captivating sensory experience.
“It’s exciting to see the community connect with the Botanic Gardens in such a creative way. Events like this don’t just brighten up the city – they bring us together and invite people from all over to discover what makes Albury special,” Albury Mayor Kevin Mack.
Echoes was a month-long immersive experience that transformed Bella Vista Farm into a living canvas after dark.
History, culture and technology converged at nightfall in Western Sydney to celebrate the rich history of The Hills Shire. From the stories of the Dharug people and their study of the stars, to the early settlers and the citrus orchards that once defined the region.
The Echoes Luna Light Journey blended artistry and innovation to reimagine one of Sydney’s most historic homesteads.
“Our residents will be able to explore The Hills Shire’s history like never before through cutting-edge light and sound effects,” Mayor of The Hills Shire, Dr Michelle Byrne.
The Bloom Luna Light Journey combined storytelling, interactivity and technology to craft a unique, multi-sensory nighttime adventure that celebrated nature – an adventure told through the perspective of a native blue-banded bee.
After selling out nearly every night in its first four weeks, the limited-night season was extended by an additional (fifth) week due to overwhelming demand.
By transforming Central Park into a glowing landscape of light, sound and imagination, Laservision, the City of Joondalup and 7 News Perth (Platinum Partner) created an event that was not only visually spectacular, but also deeply community-driven, accessible and memorable.
“Laservision’s Bloom has been the hit of the season, drawing huge crowds from Joondalup, across Perth and beyond. Audiences simply can’t get enough of this spectacular celebration of light, colour and sound,” City of Joondalup Mayor Albert Jacob.
Bullanginya Dreaming is a ground-breaking cultural and entertainment experience that blends history, art and technology. This permanent Luna Light Journey offers a unique insight into the rich traditions of the Bangerang People.
It is the largest First Nation light and sound show in Australia, transforming over 40 acres of natural Australian bushland into a vibrant celebration of Indigenous culture, history and the environment.
